Terms of use

1. Who provides the service

This site and its tools are provided by Helix GTM Consulting, Bengaluru, India. They are built and run by Shashwat Ghosh, Co-Founder and Fractional CMO. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Helix GTM Consulting, and "you" means the person or company using the site or the tools. Contact: shashwat@gtmhelix.com.

2. What this is

IMPACT (impact.gtmhelix.com). Eight free positioning tools on the IMPACT framework: champions, alternatives, value, market anchor, message and execution, plus a full audit and the framework guide. You can use them on this website, in Claude or ChatGPT through the MCP address, or on your own computer through the npm package.

3. What the tools are and are not

The tools turn what you type into a draft: a plan, a score, a set of questions, a piece of copy. They are decision support, not legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any business result. The answers can be wrong or generic for your situation. Check every fact, figure and claim before you rely on it or publish it. The decisions you make with the answers are yours.

4. Price

The tools on this site are free to use today. We may change, limit or withdraw a tool at any time. Any paid work with Helix GTM Consulting is agreed separately in writing.

5. Using the service

Use the tools for lawful business purposes. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, do not scrape it in bulk, and do not use it to produce anything unlawful or deceptive. We may limit the number of requests to keep the service available; the current limits are described in the Privacy policy. Do not type in secrets such as passwords or access keys, or personal data about other people that you have no right to share.

6. Your content and ours

What you type in, and the answers made for you, stay yours. We keep no copy of your inputs or answers (see the Privacy policy); you give us the right to process what you send only to build the answer to that request.

The frameworks (EPIC, IMPACT, CRAFT and the Hub-Spoke Brand Messaging Methodology), the written content, the design and the branding of this site belong to Helix GTM Consulting. The software of the connectors is open source under the MIT licence, and that licence, not these terms, governs the code.

7. Other companies' services

The tools run on a web host and are used through AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or completeness of the answers, and uninterrupted or error free service.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the tools, including lost profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss. If we are found liable for anything else related to the service, our total liability to you is limited to USD 100 (or its equivalent in INR). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are first handled by good faith negotiation and, if that does not work, by arbitration in Bengaluru, India. If you are a consumer in a place where the law gives you rights that cannot be limited by contract, those rights stay.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the current one. If a change matters, we will say so on this page.

13. If a part is invalid

If a part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
